Anna Marie Rathsack, 89, formerly of 1810-A Madison Street, Manitowoc, died Saturday, April 22, 1989, at Park Lawn Nursing Home, Manitowoc.

Funeral services will be 10:15a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim. Presiding at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Rev. Charles Mocco with burial to follow at St. Casimir Catholic Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Rathsack was born May 14th 1899, in Pine Grove, Brown County, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Lieterman Watzke. She married Ben Rathsack on May 1, 1923, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Pine Grove, Wisconsin. He preceded her in death November 23, 1966. After their marriage the couple resided on a farm in Manitowoc County, Mrs. Rathsack moved to Manitowoc after the death of her husband. Mrs. Rathsack was a member of St. Boniface St. Ann Society, St. Casimir's Rosary, and Altar Society.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Alvin and Veda Rathsack of Gillet, Wisconsin, Donald and Barbara Rathsack of Manitowoc, Joseph and Victoria Rathsack of rural Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law Charlotte and Melvin Lardt of Mishicot, Evelyn and John Schneider of manitowoc; a brother, Melvic Watzka of Green Bay; a son-in-law, Joseph Rader of Osman; a sister-in-law, Helen Hamilton of California; 23 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marilyn Rader, three sisters, a brother, a grandson, Bruce, and a great grandson.

Friends may call Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4p.m. to 8p.m. this Monday, Prayer service will be held at 7p.m. led by Deacon Paul Kleffer.
