Mrs. Rose Poklinkoski, 87, of 1213 S. 17th St., Manitowoc, died Sunday morning, Sept. 2, at the family residence, following a coronary attack. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate and burial will be in St. Casimir Cemetery, Northeim. Mrs. Poklinkoski, nee Rose Pokorske, was born Oct. 29, 1891, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Matt and Mary Sepnafski Pokorske. She resided in Manitowoc all her life, and was married to Anton Poklinkoski Sept. 14, 1914, at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim. He preceded her in death Jan. 14, 1976. She was a member of the Germania Society and an honorary member of St. Mary Rosary Society. Survivors include four sons and three daughters-in-law, Matt and Ruth of Route 1, Manitowoc, and Edward, Clarence and Betty and Anton Jr. and Adeline of Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Anna Zboralski of Route 3, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Alvina Zelinski of Route 1, Newton; a brother, Anton Pokorske, and two sisters, Mrs. Martha Bonk and Mrs. James (Anna) Burish of Manitowoc, 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Four brothers and a sister preceded her in death. Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Tuesday afternoon, where the Rosary will be recited at 3:30 o'clock by members of the Rosary Society and a prayer service will be at 7:30 o'clock by members of the parish, relatives and friends.
