Frank Pribek, 79, of 4117 Clover Road, Manitowoc, died Monday morning, July 16, at a Manitowoc Health Care Center, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11 a.m. at St. Casimir Catholic Church, Northeim. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Charles Mocco with burial to follow at St. Casimir Church Cemetery. Mr. Pribek was born June 4, 1905, at Spruce, Wisconsin, son of the late Matt and Mary Pavlik Pribek. He married the former Verona Welter on May 16, 1926, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1976. Mr. and Mrs. Pribek were the owners and operators of the former Pribek Bar at Clover, Wisconsin for 38 years, retiring in 1980. Mr. Pribek was a member of the Mens Club of St. Casimir Catholic Church, 50 year member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 706, Knights of Columbus Council 710 and the Manitowoc County Tavern League. Survivors include his wife Verona; a son and a daughter-in-law, Donald and Janet Pribek of Manitowoc; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and John Barnes of Streamwood, Illinois, and Janet and Floyd Shimek of Manitowoc; two brothers, Ernest Pribek and Edward Pribek, both of Manitowoc; four granddaughters, Christi, Cindy, Lisa and Kelley and two great grandsons, Ryan and Brett. He was preceded in death by brothers and sisters. Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday evening where a prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. by Rev.
