Mrs. Ignatz Ramion, perhaps the oldest resident of the county, died at Newton Saturday, aged 98 years. Decedent had resided in the county for sixty years. The burial was held at Newton today. Manitowoc Daily Herald, Tuesday, February 13, 1906 P.2 ******* Death in Town Newton on Saturday of Mrs. Ignatz Remio(sic) at the advanced age of 98 years. The deceased, about the oldest person in our county, was a resident of that town for 60 years. Her husband preceded her in death 20 years ago. She is survived by a son living in Chicago.
